- Two emergency exams and necessary intraoral radiograph
- 15% off fillings, crowns, veneers, root canals and any periodontal treatment done in office
- $500 off invisalign treatment performed in the office
- $500 off implants performed in the office
BOTOX® Plan
Only $120/month (save $420/year)
- 30 units of BOTOX given quarterly (4X/yr)
- Any additional unit $12/unit
- 15% off fillers up to 2 syringes per year
- Save at least $420.00 per year
TMD Plan with Xeomin®
Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is used in all the ways that BOTOX is used, however it is thought to last a little longer than BOTOX and has a lower price point compared to BOTOX. This is important for TMD patients who require many more units than cosmetic patients do. TMD patients need injections into very strong muscles, requiring more units for efficacy. The average TMD patient will need around 50 U of BOTOX or Xeomin for each treatment repeated 3-4 times a year.
